| As part of our complete accident management service we offer you a like for like replacement vehicle following a non-fault accident. We have a large fleet of replacement vehicles which we can deliver anywhere in the country, usually on the same day. Our fleet ranges from small hatch backs to prestige vehicles, and none of our cars are more than 3 years old so you will always be given a clean safe car to drive. All our vehicles go through regular inspections to make sure they are in the best condition when they are given out to clients.
Once we drop off your replacement credit hire vehicle we will take your damaged vehicle and place it in our secure storage facility. Here we can get the damage assessed and an engineer will inspect your vehicle. If the car is repairable we can either get the vehicle repaired for you or we can recover the cost of repair if you would prefer to use a garage of your choice.
You will keep the replacement vehicle until your own vehicle has been repaired or you have received a cheque for the amount needed to repair the car yourself. If the car is deemed a total loss (write-off) then we will recover the value of the vehicle from the third party insurance company. In most instances the third party insurance will allow you to buy back the salvaged vehicle after they pay you the value of the total loss. We can help you to do this if you require and our independent engineers will also ensure you are given a correct and fair value for your car in the event it is a total loss.
